EBBSFLEET United have appointed Harry Watling as their new manager.
Watling had been first team coach with Scottish Premier League side Rangers and Championship club QPR.
And he will now replace Danny Searle in charge of the Kent club who sit bottom of the National League club.
Former Southend United midfielder Josh Wright had been acting as caretaker manager.
