Benfleet, who are eighth, host ninth placed Little Oakley.
In the second qualifying round of the FA Cup this weekend, Bowers & Pitsea take on Biggleswade Town at the Len Salmon Stadium while Canvey Island are at home to Felixstowe & Walton United.
