WESTCLIFF stayed top of the Regional Two Anglia table after a 41-8 win at Stowmarket.
Westcliff sit above second placed Wanstead on points difference.
And head coach Jimmy Rea was pleased to pick up another victory.
“As a squad we had three goals going to Stowmarket,” said Rea.
“One was to score four tries but the other two we fell short of.
“We had a fair few changes to the team but if we are to be a highly successful team you need to be able to interchange players without it affecting the overall game plan and processes we have put in place.
“We made the win very difficult for ourselves but came away with what we wanted.”
Westcliff host fifth placed Harlow a week on Saturday and will be keen to extend their impressive start to the season.
