ON LOAN Southend United striker Bim Pepple is learning valuable lessons on and off the pitch this season.
Pepple has netted four goals for the Shrimpers since joining on a temporary basis from Luton Town.
But the 21-year-old combines his football career with studying at university.
"I'm still at uni," confirmed Pepple.
"I do university online and I'm studying psychology.
"I'm an easy guy and away from football I'll also play on the PlayStation every now and then too.
"It's tough with my family being in Canada so I Facetime then when I can but it's good."
Pepple is revelling in player regular first team football with the Shrimpers.
And the forward, who produced a man of the match display against Tamworth last time out, is keen to help Blues beat Charlton Athletic this weekend.
“It will be exciting and everyone is looking forward to it,” said Pepple.
“We’ll give it our best shot.
“We know we’re underdogs but we won’t look at it like that.
“We’ll give 100 per cent and whatever happens, happens.”
