FORMER Southend United striker Callum Powell has joined Tamworth on a month long loan deal.
Powell joined Braintree Town in the summer after failing to agree a new deal with the Shrimpers.
But, after 16 appearances for the Iron, Powell is on the move and will spend at least the next four weeks with the Lambs who are currently 16th in the National League.
The move will see Powell link up with ex Shrimpers striker Chris Wreh for the third time in his career.
