SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher was forced into changing goalkeepers for Saturday's 2-2 draw with Forest Green Rovers.
On loan Lincoln City goalkeeper Zach Jeacock started Blues' previous match at Altrincham.
But he was replaced by Collin Andeng Ndi at the weekend due to illness.
"Zach hadn't been in at all the last couple of days," said Maher.
"We had to keep him away because of illness but we got him in today to be on the bench because he was starting to feel a bit better. "
