SOUTHEND United will be hoping V will stand for victory after revealing their new kit for next season.
Paul Sturrock’s side will line up wearing the blue shirt with the white chevron at Roots Hall when the new campaign kicks off in August.
And young midfielder Kane Ferdinand was on hand to model the kit.
The shirt will be worn with white shorts and socks and will go on sale at Meet the Blues Day, which takes place on Sunday, July 31.
Pre-ordering details will be released shortly while the pink away kit, which Southend wore at Wycombe Wanderers on the final day of last season, goes on sale tomorrow.
