ELEVENTH placed Rochford Hundred travel to Chingford, the team just above them in the London One North table, tomorrow.
Rochford were narrowly edged out 33-26 by high flying Letchworth Garden City last weekend.
But they have been forced in to making a trio of changes.
Richard Mott moves in to the second row to replace Jack Pearce who has moved to Australia and young Jake Knowles comes into the back row as George Chipper is out injured.
Sam Barnes returns from injury on the wing and Rochford’s first team manager Graham Pratt is demanding another strong display from his side who are five points above the relegation zone.
“With the league season now reaching the sorting out stage every game becomes a cup final and every point will be desperately fought for especially down at the bottom end of the table where we are,” said Pratt.
“We will need to be very disciplined and streetwise over the next few weeks if we are to survive but the team are more than capable of doing so.
Table-topping Thurrock travel to title rivals Letchworth while in London Two North East second placed Basildon travel to bottom of the table Beccles.
Third from bottom Canvey Island host seventh placed Woodford and, in London Three North East, seventh placed South Woodham Ferrers are away to ninth placed Wymondham.
In Essex One, second placed Billericay go to bottom of the league Writtle Wanderers and Pegasus Palmerians, who are eighth, are at home to league leaders Old Brentwoods.
